In evey trimester have different diet plan, which need your complete information like age, weight, height, haemoglobin level or certain blood tests, medical history, symptoms of each trimester.. Etc
Keeping all this points only a dietician can plan proper diet.. So good to consult dietician in person

Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby.
In pregnancy avoid paced food, alcohol, coffee, papaya and pineapple..
Stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time
