#asktheexpert want to know a balanced diet chart and some exercise for lactation mother of a toddler. My weight is 52kg.

A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake and drink lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily. avoid sitting for prolonged hours continue breastfeeding to burn Extra calories

A. hi please take healthy and well blanaced diet. I mean,take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day Start to do low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , walking etc.
