I mean,take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
keep your body well hydrated.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
Start to do low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , walking etc.
