If you're using Lactodex formula along with breastfeeding and the baby is not gaining weight, it may be due to feeding intolerance, reflux, or difficulty digesting the formula. Vomiting after feeds could also suggest overfeeding, improper burping, or a possible milk allergy. Try feeding in an upright position, burp the baby well after every feed, and keep them upright for 15–20 minutes after feeding. It's important to consult your pediatrician promptly—they may recommend changing the formula or checking for reflux or other underlying issues to support proper growth.
