ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 10 years old now during summer dry air causes the inside of nose to become dry and itching so child puts finger or some objyect inside and results in bleeding.so give steam to keep it moist or use nasoclear drop 2-3 drops every 6 hourly

Hello ma’am It normally happens when there is too much of heat in the body there is no specific treatment for it with time slowly gradually this thing stops. You have to give lots and lots of water and if you need you can even consult a homeopathic doctor for a proper treatment for the same
