Q.

#asktheexpert virat has very less appetite and always looks for eating food from outside and chocolates and not home made food.why?

A. hi kids tend to show tantrums you need to be firm but with love saying shops are closed so cant.give chocolates, chips, biscuits. packaged foods let him hungry before meals and if he cries dont bother and dont worry, at the same time dont shout Gradually he will learn to eat

A. Hi mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Stay hydrated
