#AskTheExpert vilva is having loose motion for the past 4 days.. she is going for 4-5 times a day.. her stools are loose and there is no foul smell.. I thought it ll be there for 3 days and go away but still her stools are loose.. she is active and her food intake is good.. yesterday she said her stomach hurts a bit in the evening

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. may be it if gut inf .Loose motions may be due to any food or may be a symptom of infection like any viral infection . Milk is avoided as it is not digested well . For vomiting emset can be given . Also o r s shoukd be given to prevent any type of dehydration .
