#asktheexpert Very often he gets Cold and cough, This kind we are seeing when he started to go to school. What remedies can I follow ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations.
many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.
it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever befodre 7 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away.
get the child vdaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
