Hello ma’am You should try to give buffaloes milk to your child because breast milk is not sufficient maybe for the baby right now and also your child is not only underweight because your child is not drinking milk it’s probably your child is not getting all the necessary nutrients and supplements as per the age so I would advise you to consult a nutritionist once regarding the same
