Q.
#asktheexpert trying to wean off from bottle/milk but she's not ready as of now.. she demands milk before bed.. and starts crying when refused.. I'm even giving diluted milk so that she takes her meal properly..but meals are also not that good

In this is lot of kids take milk before going to sleep so you can try replacing feeding bottle with straw sipper or straw bottle that is going to be a good choice for you and give proper will do not dilute too much also that includes its nutrition and get a check for haemoglobin levels for your child
