Was it vaginal delivery or cesarean surgery?
In case of a cesarean surgery the pain may be dull and may be there even upto 6 months.
But if it is associated with redness or swelling or discharge consult your gynecologist

Stitches take time to heal internally and externally. So no need to worry if the pain is mild. But if pain is unbearable then consult with ur doctor for the same. Take care
