A. Dear mum, give energy dense foods like eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add ghee to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates.
