ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. till 1 yearMilk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good evening till one year. Any animal milk should be given only after a year. Animal milk is not good for your baby’s tummy. It contains a high sodium content and very low iron content.Further, the proteins present in it aren’t easily digestible
