#asktheexpert till when do children get all teeth? my niece 23 month old now but still she has only 7 teeth.

ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist5 months agoA. Dear parent, all the milk teeth erupt completely by 3 years of age. Although eruption is slightly delayed as more than 7 teeth are expected to be present at 2 years of age. However, nothing to worry as variations do occur in eruption timings
