Q.

#asktheexpert This is regarding my daughter. She is 8 months old. We feed her Slurrp ragi, banana mix at night. Cerelac only at morning. In the lunch, we feed her mix of rice, dal, spinach, occassionally boiled egg. but it seems that, she is not gaining weight. Her latest weight is 7.4 kgs. is the feeding right or I need to change something?

A. Hello father, would rather suggest that as much as possible offer the baby home made and natural foods, you can add in ghee to their meals. at times you can give them panner, dry fruits, nuts and seeds as well, egg yolk would be good , dals, rice, roti , fruits and vegetables can be introduced as well too.,
