#AskTheExpert this is his schedule and want to understand what else we can add 7 am soaked almonds 7:30 1 glass milk with protinex 10 am 2 roti, sabji and dahi 12-2 nap time 2:30 1/2 glass mausmi juice 4:00 1 glass milk 6:00 1 katori daliya 7:30 2 roti and sabji 9:00 pm 1 glass milk 10 pm - sleep

A. hi it is good indeed if a child feel comfortable with this schedule then it is ok. no need of Change just instead of sticking on particular food items ,give variation in your child diet which will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
