There could be many reasons for hair fall post pregnancy stress is also the major cause of hairfall first of all relax don't worry it will only make the problem worst try to concentrate on your diet have plenty of fruits and vegetables include dairy products in your diet keep your body well hydrated nd always massage your hair with oil before at least two hours of shampoo..
