I didn’t not understand this.
Possibility is it is a diaper rash and as of now you can apply NAPIGARD cream after every time the baby passes urine and motion. It is advisable that you consult a doctor in person

Worms Could be the reason and it could be a tale of a warm only it would be advisable for you to consult your paediatrician even if needed on the phone calls go for a D warming medication for the child and gradually this thing is going to be better over the period and apply proper cream into that area if there is too much of redness
