Hello ma’am Porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable soup vegetable purée pumpkin soup fruits or Juma Suji Kheer oats ragi Paneer cheese curd you can give all these things to your child from the very beginning itself apart from that maybe your child is crying due to colic pain in the night or it could be due to hunger there only two reasons for a child to cry in the night
