Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent if there is history of seiures in your family then you should use pcm drops as per her weight and age when she has fever of about 99.5 at armpit keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake if shes more than six months or brrst feed yee
