#AskTheExpert Suraiya is 2.6 year old she is coughing a lot specially at night and early morning she is on medication Derphilin syp lavita syp mucolite syp montire chewable tab 4mg since 10 days she is continuing on these medicine but stil she is coughing i dont know what to do now ?

A. probably baby is having allergic cough you can try inhalers to the baby cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

A. hello mom along with medication ask ur doctor for nebulization u can also go for Hemopateic medicine You can give your child steam at least three times a day rub Vicks on his feet and make him wear socks for instant relief from cough give him mixture of honey Tulsi juice and Ginger juice 3 times a day
