A. home cooked balance diet is always healthy and best for every child however I was just you to start the day of a little one with a glass of water that a nutritious breakfast like poha idli Upma whatever your child likes with a glass of milk after that you can give your little one some almonds which are soaked overnight 4 to 5 almonds would do apart from that the lunch to prepare seasonal vegetables salads are a must in the diet a small bowl of fruits to be given before lunch for dinner you can always prepare dal and feed your child
