For a strong immunity give healthy and nutritious diet
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet
Reduce the intake of chips, chocolate, biscuits, sugary drinks in the diet
Include dry fruits , paneer, oats, eggs, soyabean, ragi, daal, sprouts, green vegetables in the diet
Water 5 to 7 glasses per day
Also include curd for probiotics if gut is healthy many diseases are away

please do the following things:
offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
