#asktheexpert Suffering with Acidity issues for the last 2 years , as I’m working in Shift basis couldn’t able to recover from Acidity and Acid reflux . Kindly give me few suggestions like food chart

A. First of all start taking triphala powder one teaspoon at bed time with warm water and avoid tea and coffee instead have butter milk curd and make a sherbet with Mishra abd fennel powder it and add water to it strain it with cloth and drink it and even gel shebet is good to have especially in summers and have apple atleast one in a day take sleep of 8 hours and avoid fried foods and start detox tea and one teaspoon coriander seeds one teaspoon cumin abd one teaspoon fennel seeds and boil them in one litre water and store in thermos and sip it warm and don’t reheat it and finish it till 5 pm

Other alkaline foods that may help offset heartburn include melons, cauliflower, fennel and nuts.
