#asktheexpert sometimes my baby poops only while nursing. is it normal?

it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day.
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes f

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello yes it is normal with the baby at this age and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination of the same and advise you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about
