Hello ma’am You have not posted a picture for reference with your query so I cannot understand what kind of a red marker you talking about but just to be on the safer side with everything I would just advise you to consult your paediatrician and get a check up done for the same as once it is examined and check personally after that only any right thing can be suggested to you
