#asktheexpert something my breast is heavy and sometimes lighter not gives enough milk what can I do for this?

A. Hai good afternoon !! If you feel heaviour then milk production is fine ,if you feel lighter not enough lactation. Include lactating foods in regular diet - Milk,diary products, rusk,bread toast ,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds, garlic in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema ,having more water helps in good milk production. Give direct breast feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
