use only mild baby skin lotion..
avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, Vaseline on skin.
avoid excessive exposure to sunlight.

However, this isn't often the case for adults with milia. If your baby has recurring milia outbreaks, or if milia don't go away, you may need to see a dermatologist.
