#AskTheExpert some sort of rashes are on kids face and on hand.. its not red nor its itching.. is it serious

A. good afternoon if it is not causing any trouble then nothing to worry but I would recommend that you should try to apply coconut oil mixed with a few drops of glycerine on the affected area for relief
