A. Take hot water bath with adding salt daily. Simple yoga exercises or breathing exercises can help instil calm within your body as well, take adequate rest n sleep. avoid using big pillows

A. Hi dear Take adequate rest and sleep. Do hot fomenting on the back or give massage with warm oil to get relief from back pain. Do not lift anything heavy. Take care and all the best
