#asktheexpert sleeping time needed for my 6 months old baby & shall i give formula feed in addition to breastfeed & we have started solid food twice in a day

A. Namaste Father, Sleep would vary and wont be permamant now, though after bath and feed the baby can have a nap in morning and later in afternoon or say early evening , and later in the night. You can gradually increase the solids so 2 to 3 main meals, 1 to 2 times snacks and inbetween mothers feed would be fine
