A. बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है। बच्चे को साधारण गर्म पानी पिलाआइए और गर्म दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससे नाक की सर्दी dऔर गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी। सिरप Allegra 2.5 ml दिन में दो बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानी और साधारण खासी में कमी आएगी। बच्चे को अदरक तुलसी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकतीc है।
