#AskTheExpert sir previous sunday my son get 102.5 fever only for one day only after taking medicine which doctor suggest me he is fine but yesterday on evening he got fever 100 degree after that no fever till morning 11.30 then he get 99 or 98.5 degree he is in teething period from yesterday only what should i do should consult to doctor or in teething is normal plz advice me

januMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hi, my babie suffering fever since one week we consult a doctor given syrups we take boold test all so doctor told small infaction not problem but not reduce the fever plz please suggest me anything

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Teething can cause gum pain and fussiness in babies as the new teeth break through the gums, but one symptom it won't cause is a fever. Your baby's body temperature might climb just a little, but not enough to worry about.
