#AskTheExpert sir our doc told us to start toned milk after 6 months and wean off to full cream after an year. shall we do that?

A. hi yes ,as your doctor has suggested this ,you can give it. but as mother's milk is best for Healthy growth of child , please provide it as per your child needs avoid giving external milk atleast one year age
