Q.

#AskTheExpert Sir our child is aprox 9 month old now, should we give milk other than mother milk or not and how much water we should give

A. yes can give formula milk. but I would say if breast milk is sufficient than Conti with breast feeding only. Offer a variety of tastes and texture to ur baby.

A. hi yes you can start giving external milk but better to avoid as breastmilk is best ,you must offer it till you can. and ideally , at age of 9 months ,you should offer water around 70ml per day. but as far as your child pee count is good around 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about it
