Can you suggest how can we introduce solids to 9 month old. As she refuses to eat or drink anything other than water. She doesn’t like any cerelac or any other milk. Also is it ok to give cow milk to 9 month old?

A. You should introduce first finger foods like thin slices of fruits or give poha Upma or puffed rice in your supervision and have patience and keep trying baby will accept
