#asktheexpert sir my twins are of 15 months now...still they are dnt like to drink plain cow milk n show tantrums while eating also...how to break their lactogen habit pls help me

can add nuts powder, cardomon powder in milk
give liqyuidy foods once hungry
let them be hungry and then give food
