#asktheexpert Sir my starts walking having enough food anx all but still milky teeth doesn't come. He is one year now but no teeth. Is it because of deficiency of any calciums and vitamin?

Sometimes It can delay due to the deficiency of vitamin D also but most of the paediatricians say that you should wait because the process can reach up to the age of 18 months also so as of now if you want you can start with a supplement by the wise if you want you can wait or you can consult a dentist once
