give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily . .

Its Six months complete in the beginning of seventh month do you still have time to go for but whenever you start you can definitely go ahead with giving rise to all water vegetables and fruits furious followed by vegetable or Khichdi and porridge along with that you should go ahead with good amount of dairy products as well
