there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty xof water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not

A protein source like soyabean , paneer or egg and variety of food items with all cereal will help for weight and height gain and building of immunity . Pediasure protein powder after 2 yr of age .
