Give three meals and two snacks in smaller quantity once baby start eating then you can gradually increase the quantity depending on the babies intake. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses,veggies, fruits each day so that baby get all the nutrients. Take your baby out to play for 1 to 2 hours in a day which is very important.
