Q.

#AskTheExpert sir my son is 2 1/2 months old and is a adopted child. I am giving him nan pro 1 since start but from last 1 month also giving him 250 ml of cows milk which he is digesting very well. He finishes 1 pack of nan pro 1 in 5 days. can I increase the amount of cow's milk. how much of cow's milk a day is okay for his age? thank you

A. Hello dear parent, although it is not recommended to give cow milk before age 1 year. But if your baby is digesting it well , then you may continue with its use and slowly increase quantity, so that if any indigestion occurs , it can get better easily.
