Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your child is active physically then there is no need to be worn about baby gaining weight. As active child already tells that baby is healthy.
Also give supplements to your child like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
Give full cream milk also.
