#AskTheExpert Sir, my daughter's weight is 22.5 kgs and and she is 4 years 2months as of now... Is the weight normal?

A. Hello mom for a 4 year old the weight is on a higher side . So basically she is over weight . Please kindly observe her diet pattern and avoid refined and processed foods as too much sugary foods as well , also make sure he is involved in some physical exercise or activity such as outdoor games etc
