#AskTheExpert Sir, my daughter is one year old. Still she is not sleeping continuously throughout the night. She wakes up at every hour and cries. After a few minutes of feeding she again sleeps. Can you kindly suggest me some advice so that she can sleep throughout the night. Thank you.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. what dinner doesn't the baby take and what time.. give dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha in dinner around 7-8.30pm and then a cup of milk or breast feed at bed time.. the best way to put sleep you can give a good massage before bed, play soft music as the baby sleep..
