#AskTheExpert sir, My daughter is now five years old and she never eats vegetables& also curry ..How to overcome this? Does she may have iron or vitamin deficiency as a result?

A. hello dear good morning this is the time where you should be feeding a baby with all the food groups vegetables and fruits are very important part of the dietary pattern as they provide us with vitamins and minerals there can be deficiency seen in the baby if the baby is very reluctant to have all these food options you can try by feeding your baby with some stuffed parathas of vegetable some lines on vegetable soups and juices can be given you can make some vegetable cutlets by matching it up baby is not able to see and find the vegetables inside it so you can feel it in that way
