#asktheexpert sir my child just born yesterday evening..my wife is not able to breastfeed properly due to CS pain..give us some advice and what should be her diet for first few days

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. after C section the first thing is like you should be helping your wife to feed the baby every 2 hourly through breastfeeding so that the breast milk secretion is good enough for further.
you can give all food items which you take in your regular routine after C section
