A. Ideal weight of a 3.9 years old baby boy should be between 15.5 to 16 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. Your child's weight is not very less and can be increased by including fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday to. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk.
