Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostlyg it may be due to jless feeding or formula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This can be due to teething.. Teething can bring out green stools due to increased saliva.. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is 99.5F or above
