give Sunbath every morning.
use saline nasal drops.
give indirect steam inhalation.
consult your paediatrician for any medication.
apply noble cold ointment over baby's clothing and bedding

Also give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough. Take care
