Sir,
My boy has completed 5 months. He is expecting only breast feeding. He is not taking formula. But my milk isn't sufficient for him. what food shall I start with?

A. Hello mam it is recommended for the initial six months you should breastfeed the baby exclusively and if you are low on that then you can start with formula feed and nothing else. Once your child completes six months of age after that you can start with regular don’t packet milk for and you can start with other semisolid food and lots and lots of water to the baby but nothing before that.
